IMSA is established to be a leading non-governmental, not for profit, graduate medical institution in Nigeria. IMSA is positioned to be amongst Nigeria’s most innovative institutions and to occupy a ringside seat at national discussions, policy development and decision-making, information sharing and influencing progressive deliberations on healthcare. We are committed to building ingenious professionals, empowered by knowledge of real-life challenges and real-work environment to enable our graduates provide functional solutions to prevailing healthcare challenges in the Nigerian and African context. Our greatest strength in implementing teaching and research to our students is in the long-standing experience in medical practice, established infrastructures with cutting-edge technologies, nationally recognised track records of innovative achievements, multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural faculties of international repute. Our location in Abuja the Capital of Nigeria, and affiliations with the African University of Science and Technology (AUST) a member of the Nelson Mandela Institutes, The Nisa Group, Garki Hospital Abuja and hosts of other international academics and institutions, are critical to our establishing a close linkage with the diplomatic community, commitment to the Africans’ cause and motivation for global presence.
