There is a high infertility rate in the sub-Saharan region. 50 – 60% of all Gynaecological consultations is infertility related. Training positions at postgraduate for (sub specialization) are a few causing most candidates to go abroad. There is therefore a need for in-country certificate training to avoid quackery and ensure safe practices.
IMSA is driven by the VISION, to be a leading non-governmental, not for profit, graduate medical institution in Nigeria.
